All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders at additional cost. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays are beyond our control. Workmen's Compensation Insurance fully covers our workers. We do not guarantee against grass, water damage, power steering oil, or scuffin. If an attorney is employed to collect the unpaid balance, the property owner will be responsible for the attorney fee. The property owner will also be responsible for court costs and 18% interest on balances over 30 days.

Bill came out with his daughter Lacy and gave me a complete, professional estimate. I got two other estimates and Bill was the most competitive by far. It was clear that he had decades of experience in addition to a sterling reputation on Angie's List. My drive is a challenge; long with a fairly steep grade, circle at the top, areas that needed total replacement and two portions that co-join with concrete. Bill got the job. Within two weeks, Joey, his operations manager and six workers showed up ready to roll. In a day and a half, they worked non-stop in withering Tennessee heat to totally repaved and replace portions of drive. The end result is terrific. I could not be more pleased with the work they did. All were courteous and hard-working professionals. If I had other asphalt work, Construction Asphalt Paving Service would be my first and only candidate for the job.
